    • Optional expert chemical balancing to dial in perfect water clarity (extra fee applies)

    • Additional fees apply for extras such as Heater summerizing, Opening attatched spa, installing vac system.

    What happens on a typical visit:

    • Hands-on water testing every time—we check levels and make spot adjustments right there to keep pH, chlorine, and alkalinity in the sweet spot

    • Vacuuming the floor and walls to pull out dirt, sand, and anything settled—we also service your robotic cleaner if you've got one

    • Checking the filter setup and backwashing or cleaning it as needed to keep flow strong and efficient

    • Topping off the chlorinator or salt system and clearing out the skimmers so nothing blocks circulation

    • Quick surface skim for leaves, bugs, or floating junk to keep the top looking sharp
